What is Judgment enforcement (cumprimento de sentença)?
Also: cumprimento de sentença · execução trabalhista · enforcement phase
Judgment enforcement is the phase in which a conviction becomes actual collection. Once the merits phase has ended and the amount has been fixed in liquidation, enforcement pursues payment (arts. 876 to 892 of the CLT): an order to pay, attachment of assets, electronic freezing of funds and expropriation until the credit is satisfied.
It is the stage where the liability materializes and where interest and restatement keep accruing. Watching enforcement closely is what separates a controlled balance owed from a figure that quietly grows.
How LABORIS AI uses it
LABORIS AI follows the enforcement acts on the timeline — attachments, freezes, deposits and withdrawals — and keeps each case’s balance owed up to date, distinguishing what has already been paid from what is still outstanding.
