What is Judicial release order (alvará judicial)?
Also: alvará judicial · alvará de levantamento · release order
A judicial release order authorizes the withdrawal of funds deposited in the case. Issued as a rule at the end of enforcement, it releases to the creditor — or, as to any surplus, to the company — the amounts deposited or frozen. It is one of the most reliable signs that the obligation is actually being satisfied.
When the release exhausts the debt, the case moves toward discharge and final archiving. It is, in practice, the last financial act of the process.
How LABORIS AI uses it
LABORIS AI reads release orders and withdrawal receipts as evidence of payment, bringing the case status closer to actual discharge and avoiding keeping as owed an amount already released to the creditor.
